I don't think you would have to take the skin test again. Produce the documents that you are on mediaction and that should suffice.

I was doing part -time school in a university and before they wanted to admit me,the university procedures included TB test. I showed positive in skin test and negative in X-ray about 4 months ago.
But the school procedures expected me to take TB tablets otherwise they wont let me register for courses. For the last 4 months I am on TB medication, I have it going on until october of this year.
Right now, I am in a dilemma. Since all our PD's our current, we need to get medical examination done. I don't know how my skin test is going to be since I am taking meds.
Should I inform my doctor that I am on medications or should I just hide it?
And should I take a letter from my school health department about how I don't have TB but been given medicines for School purposes? What should I do?
Please advise.

One friend of mine get his GC in the end of September/07 after filing AOS concurrently with I 140 in a middle of June 2007! His PD was Aug.2004(EB3-ROW)

I am not sure. But the FP notice was mailed on 23 dec and the other document on Jan 12.

Sure, the USCIS will ofcourse remind certain people to apply for the Travel documents: Why not?
After all (1) $305 from pre-July 30, 2007 (I485) applicants (and many, many of such applicants) will count to make the USCIS (and the US) "rich." (2) Keeping the chain of advance parole and EAD's will prevent this country from giving permanency to the "foreigners." Goodness, gracious, we are taking away their jobs...remember....

No Proof will work, if you receive packet after 17th Aug. So hope for best or will file on oct again :)

Today, one of my Friend’s I-485 got returned from Mail room due to Filing fee missing.
He is 100% sure that he attached 325$+70$ filing fee along with application, he has photocopy too to prove his stand.
He is lucky, that he is re- filing it again, my question is , what happens, if the file get returned due to mail room clerks error . Can we refile again after 17th Aug,2007 ?

irrational - Sorry to say this is little bit unlucky case. This happened to me also. My case got transferred to VSC from TSC in July 2009 and from then it is sitting there with no progress. Taken info pass but no use. (Yet to think about the next steps!).
I applied for EAD and AP in Aug last week and got the approved copies in Sep second week. I sent the application to TSC.
mmanurker - Can you please tell me how long your application was present in VSC? Also did you do anything to move it back to TSC or NSC.

Hi Friends,
I am an July 2007 485 filer and did the biometrics within couple of months after that. Last year applied EAD and AP by paper filing so there was no biometrics.
May be its my wild hope... still..
If by any magic the processing dates moved by Oct. 2009 and I am current(:) I know its very little chance), as I am planning to apply my AP renewals now, is it good to do e-filing since it will trigger to do the biometrics also and there won't be any delay in the form of RFE's in regards to fingerprinting expiry or so?

I hope someone here can shed some light on my situation. I have two midemeanors on my record and must go for my interview end of next month. The first misdemeanor was last year when I backed up and hit another car's headlight out. Because I did not have my license yet, I left the scene... hit and run. The second was a DUI earlier this year. I ended up with a 5 year probation on the DUI.
I also received two traffic tickets, driving without a license, in the past two years. I'm almost done paying the fines.
I received my temporary work permit last month and received my interview notice yesterday. Will these two misdemeanors/tickets play a role in my interview.
Stupidity has no boundaries! :mad:
Any advice or comments will be appreciated! Thanks.

He is not supposed to give you the entire document. Please read the instructions carefully printed on the upper portion !!
Something does not sound right here. How can the employer "misplace" the upper portion of the approval notice? In the first place, why did he even separate the upper portion and the lower portion? He is supposed to give you the entire document as a single piece of paper.

Do not fret. Berkeleybee is still around but not as active on the forum because of extreme pressure at work. By all means, I differ from your views, without discussion how we will we know what is going to be in the bill. the proposals are blue print summary of what is in store for a legislative effort. There should be always different viewpoints in a debate. NOBODY is going to have heart attack because of that. And this is not speculation this is actual summary of the proposals.
But again. IGNORANCE IS BLISS! but sometimes that Bliss make you blush! and it is dangerous sometimes. so go wtih the wind. :):o
well discussion is always welcome but do you mean that by discussing in the forums, you will have an effect on what will happen to the bill in the senate?i am all for any steps that will have a direct or indirect impact on the future of the bill. but do you really think that by arguing and debating with each other about what should happen will have any impact on the future of the legal immigration??

Who has told you that he is on H1B. He could be on L1B also. Anyone can qualify under L1B.

Anybody out there with Self and Spouse EAD Card approved from NSC, but Self actual physical EAD card arrived but Spouse physical EAD card did not arrive at the usual time say 5 days after approval.
Usually I have seen both arrive at the same time. Please comment. Thanks.
I ahve also heard about cards being stolen from the Kentucky facility. So, anybody out there who had to file for a replacement card for self or spouse.
"Card production ordered" is the first status that you will see and then it will change to "Approval notice sent". Tentatively, Your card will be postmarked with the date when your status changed to "Approval notice sent" and it takes upto 4 calendar days to receive the card through mail. Usually, approval notice goes to attorney on file for 765, if you have filed G28 otherwise you will receive it. Call USCIS and find out whether the card is ordered then ask for follow-up actions and decide whether to file for replacement card. There is no separate form for replacement cards - you will still be using same 765 form; I guess, same processing time applies - you may expedite by taking infopass after receiving the receipt notice for your replacement card by providing the letter from the employer. Hope this helps.
